A little something I've been dreaming about

If you've followed along for any length of time, you probably know that my love of hydrangeas runs pretty deep.

For years, I've looked forward to the ritual of cutting them from the garden each fall, bringing them inside, and finding ways to enjoy their beautiful, faded colors long after summer has passed.

I've always dreamed of sharing that experience with others, bringing a small group of women together around a table, surrounded by flowers, conversation, and a little creativity.

So this October, I'm opening the doors of Heron House for my very first hydrangea wreath workshop.

My hope is that this will be the beginning of a lovely seasonal tradition, and I'd love for you to be part of it.

An afternoon at Heron House

We'll gather around one long table for a relaxed afternoon of wreath making, using hydrangeas from my garden in all their beautiful autumn shades.

I'll walk you through the simple techniques I use each year to create my own wreaths, with everything you need waiting at your place.

There will be light refreshments, plenty of conversation, and a finished wreath to bring home and enjoy.

No experience necessary. Just come ready to make something beautiful and spend a few hours enjoying the season together.
